Our Story

The Bureau began as a very small operation, founded on the belief that there was a clear opportunity to change how models, particularly fitting models, were represented, supported and understood. We recognised that the market was underserved, and that fit talent was rarely showcased in a way that reflected the depth of their skill or the value they brought to the garment creation process.

From the beginning, we committed to representing all shapes, sizes and ethnicities. The Bureau remains fully inclusive, with a roster built around authenticity, capability and the individuality of every model. Our talent ranges from established commercial models to newly discovered faces, many of whom are atelier-trained and able to support clients at a technical level throughout development and production.

The Bureau Evolution

Over time, the agency has evolved beyond fittings, expanding into e-commerce, commercial work and broader campaign support. We have continued to grow, working with leading luxury houses such as Burberry and Tom Ford, as well as emerging designers seeking distinctive talent for runway, creative content and bespoke projects.

While we have adopted technology over the years, including 360-view tools and digital casting solutions, we have deliberately returned to a more personal way of working. With the acceleration of AI, it has become increasingly important to champion the characteristics that make our models unique: their personalities, their interests, their technical strengths and even their imperfections. These are the qualities that bring genuine value to the creative process and set human talent apart.
